We stand behind our products 100% and hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or you can exchange your product for a different one. We ask that you do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com to let us know that you will be returning your order. Once you receive a confirmation from us, you can then send us the product in its original packaging. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us.
We will refund you the full amount paid to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase or to your PayPal account. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive it, when we are busy.
If for some reason you have received a damaged product, we are sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this for you.
